I’m Josie Rhoads—board-certified hypnotherapist, master Reiki healer, sound healer, and devoted light worker. My mission on this Earth is to help raise our collective consciousness through love, light, and the healing power of music. I believe in uplifting our frequency through compassion, service, and heart-centered connection.
Working with LETS has been a deeply transformative experience, opening my eyes to the raw truths of our world and inspiring me to show up with even more love and purpose. I’m honored to continue sharing my energy, sound, and support with those in need, helping create a more conscious and compassionate world—one moment at a time. The LETS Initiative
LETS was born from a simple but profound belief: every girl, woman, and family deserves the tools to thrive in safety, dignity, and freedom. Too many lives are shaped by misinformation, silence, or shame when it comes to the body, fertility, and self-worth. We knew there had to be a better way—and that education was the root.
The Beginning
LETS began as a grassroots solution to a deeply personal and global problem: the lack of body literacy, relationship education, and access to life-changing truth. What started with small gatherings and handmade tools has now reached girls, mothers, fathers, and educators across the world. From living rooms to orphanages, from local churches to international partnerships, the heart of LETS has always been the same: To return power to the people through knowledge, presence, and love.
Our vision is bold and restorative: We use the power of a woman’s menstrual cycle to disrupt cycles of poverty, abuse, and human trafficking—equipping girls and families with the tools they need to thrive. By strengthening families and restoring generational rhythms, we create a world where every child’s innocence is preserved, and every woman can rise in safety, dignity, and freedom. Through early education, community-rooted solutions, and a deep reverence for life’s natural design, LETS is not just teaching—it is transforming what’s possible for families across the world.
Meet the Founder CEO
Kristin Van Wey is a globally respected humanitarian strategist, educator, and founder of LETS Empower—a nonprofit pioneering transformative solutions to end cycles of poverty, abuse, and human trafficking. With over three and a half decades of experience in holistic health, sacred education, and international impact, Kristin bridges worlds to create scalable, soul-aligned change. Through LETS, she equips women, youth, and communities with the tools, knowledge, and opportunities to thrive with dignity and sovereignty. This fundraiser reflects her life’s devotion: awakening legacy leaders, stewarding divine design, and restoring systems through love in action.

LETS has already impacted thousands of lives across: Haiti, Guatemala, Colombia, Bangladesh, Dominican Republic, United States, Kenya, South Africa and Uganda.
Your donation goes directly toward programs in communities with the highest need. At this time Haiti is our priority. We work through partnerships with local educators, medical clinics, community centers, non profits and faith-based networks to deliver education and tools that restore sovereignty and well-being. Every dollar is used with integrity, transparency, and love.
