What your school gets
Everything below is included in the same 1% fee. There are no plan tiers and no add-ons.
Monthly annual-fund giving
Parents, grandparents, and alumni give monthly or yearly by card or bank transfer. Your dashboard shows what is coming in next month.
Managing recurring giftsGiving-day matches
A board member or alumnus matches every gift up to a cap, until a deadline. A live page shows the match filling up.
How matching gifts workParent fundraisers and leaderboards
Room parents and volunteers share their own link. Gifts are credited to them, and a public leaderboard shows the top fundraisers.
How leaderboards workCapital campaign pledges
Families commit to a total and pay it over time. MemberDrive schedules the payments and tracks what is still to come.
Tracking pledgesA campaign for each program
Run the annual fund, athletics, the arts, and the capital campaign separately, each with its own giving page and goal.
Campaign quick startUpdates and statements
Post news that emails your supporters. Donors print their own year-end giving statement.
Posting updatesWhat it costs
MemberDrive charges 1% of each gift. There is no monthly fee and no setup fee. A school that raises $50,000 online in a year pays $500 to MemberDrive. Stripe charges its card or bank processing fee separately, and you can let donors cover that fee at checkout.
MemberDrive never asks your donors for a tip at checkout. Some "free" platforms do, and those tips come from the same parents you are asking to give.

Turn the once-a-year ask into monthly giving
Most school fundraising happens in short bursts: a fall appeal, a spring gala, a giving day. Each one starts from zero. Monthly giving changes that. A family that gives $25 a month gives $300 a year without a second ask, and the gift renews until they change it.
MemberDrive was built for this kind of recurring membership giving. Families set it up once, update their own card when it expires, and print their own statement at tax time. Your office does not have to chase them.

What MemberDrive does not do
MemberDrive is for donations. It does not have:
- Auctions or raffles
- Event ticketing or product sales, such as cookie dough or spirit wear
- Tuition billing
- Text-to-give or a card reader for events
If your fundraising is mostly events and sales, use a tool built for those. You can use one for the gala and MemberDrive for the annual fund and the capital campaign.
Questions schools ask
What does MemberDrive cost a school?
MemberDrive charges 1% of each gift. There is no monthly fee and no setup fee. Stripe charges its processing fee separately, and your school can let donors cover that fee at checkout. A school that raises $50,000 online in a year pays $500 to MemberDrive.
Can parents and alumni give monthly to the annual fund?
Yes. Donors choose an amount and a schedule (weekly, monthly, or yearly), and MemberDrive charges their card or bank account on that schedule. Donors can sign in to update their card, change their amount, or cancel.
Can we run a giving day with a matching gift?
Yes. A lead donor sets a match rate, a maximum, and an end date. A public page shows the match filling up in real time, and MemberDrive invoices the lead donor when the match is done.
Can parents raise money with their own link?
Yes. Each fundraiser can share a personal link, and gifts made through it are credited to them. The campaign's public leaderboard shows the top fundraisers.
Can we keep the annual fund, athletics, and the capital campaign separate?
Yes. Give each one its own campaign, with its own giving page, goal, and reports. Each donor's giving across all campaigns shows on one record.
Does MemberDrive handle auctions, ticket sales, or tuition?
No. MemberDrive is for donations: one-time gifts, recurring giving, and pledges. It does not run auctions, sell event tickets or products, or bill tuition.
