What's New: Organization dashboard that shows if giving is on track

MemberDrive Team

Hey Fans! The organization dashboard got a real redesign: clearer totals, a this-month view so you can tell whether giving is on track, and a few reliability fixes behind the scenes.

A dashboard that answers "are we on track?"

This month, front and center. Open your organization dashboard and you see money received so far in the current month, compared with the same point last month. Three tiles cover scheduled payments still to run, recurring monthly value, and failed payments this month—each one links to its filtered list.

Raised means one thing now. Organization and Campaign totals share the same definition: payments received, plus what open Pledges still owe, plus Matching Gifts. An organization's Raised matches the sum of its Campaigns (plus any money not tied to a campaign). The old "One-Time Payments" tile mixed in Membership Payments; that mismatch is gone.

Campaigns at a glance. Campaign rows show status, raised against goal, and a progress bar. Published Campaigns come first. Hero photos no longer crowd the dashboard.

Warnings when they matter. Past-due Memberships and a missing payment processor show up as alerts with a clear next step. Quick Start stays out of the way once setup is done.

Easier on phones. The dashboard nav now appears in the mobile menu, pages get a proper gutter, and a few accessibility issues (unnamed links, focus rings, heading order, dark-mode contrast) are fixed. Nav labels: "Upcoming" is now "Scheduled payments," and "Team" is now "Managers."

Also fixed

Recurring schedules anchored on the 29th–31st no longer drift after a short month. A gift due on Aug 31 still lands on Oct 31 (not Oct 30) after September. Billing dates follow the original cadence again.

Why it matters

Managers should be able to open the dashboard and know whether giving is on track this month—without second-guessing the totals. That is what this redesign is for.
