Result: MemberDrive has a smaller but devoted following of those who use its service. Donorbox has a decent 3.8 stars. 

One reviewer indicated that Donorbox was hard to navigate and that she received limited support since she did not pay extra for the Premium version.

Donorbox offers a competitive 1.5% platform fee, which is lower than most other online fundraising platforms. However, MemberDrive's best-in-class 1% platform fee means organizations keep more of their donors' donations.

Donorbox offers more features but those features come at a higher, additional cost, so each organization needs to evaluate whether they have time to integrate and use those features, and whether those features will result in an increase in donations.
